Sasha (Last Night On Earth, MoS) @ Souk Madinat Jumeirah - Dubai (14.02.2013)
No stranger to Dubai, and certainly no stranger to Trilogy, Sasha has become something akin to a resident DJ at the iconic nightspot (well, almost), where he has performed having played previously in both 2012 and 2011. Hitting Dubai for a set on Valentine’s night, the British born DJ, aka Alexander Coe, inspired a different kind of passion, pulling in a vast and varied crowd of revellers. With over two decades of spinning experience behind him, Sasha is considered a pioneer, not only for his genre-crossing mixes, but also for the media attention he has received as a DJ, being one of the very first to appear on a magazine cover in the early 1990s. Since the gig, there’s also been some love on social media for warm-up act, Southern Indian Ejaz, suggesting he may just be one to watch.
