What do you throw in a skillet to make for lunch/dinner these days?
I've been making brown rice, broccoli, carrots, snap peas, sesame oil, a little soy sauce, maybe some sweet & sour thai chili sauce , some ginger seasoning, crumbled up tofu with cayenne and last but not least Siracha.

This release was mastered direct from vinyl at the request of the DJ and as such features natural sound characteristics of this medium such as record surface noise.
I love Stir Frys but haven't made one is ages... thanks for posting this thread.... will have to try that Chow Mein dish... looks soooo tasty.
Recently for lunch, I've been enjoying various combo sandwiches with ancient grain bread, lettuce, tomato, sliced avacado, spicy thai tuna topped off with some pickled banana peppers... you gotta try this.. so delicious. Oh and I love Siracha, might have to add that to my sandwiches as well.
Tried that Chow Mein recipe last night... now that was killer... I'll need to tone down on the spicy sauce the next time round though...
I used to eat tofu ... but then I read somewhere about staying off tofu to keep of belly fat.. so its been a while. I could be wrong though about tofu.. its just like everything else... now apparently wheat bread is not good for ya.... wth...
