Did anyone buy this amazing DVD/CD? His live (re-)interpretation of the songs just simply kick ass, and it has been on my heavy rotation list since its release last week!!! I wish I was able to make his last show in San Fran

DJ Shadow is one of those that will be looked back upon in 20 years time as an influential artist imo...

I've seen him do his stuff live at the bowery ballroom in nyc and it was just amazing to watch him. He had like 3 cdr mixers and 2 turntables and he was just all over place queuing samples and scratching shit like a madman. I can imagine how good the dvd must be.

I think I may just have to add it to my next amazon purchase.

I 've heard the cd but haven't seen the DVD yet, but it's definitely on my to buy list. This is a very good release imo, his live remixing is brilliant

if you get it, get the one in the DVD case, I opted for the CD case and mine came a bit busted. The hinge to get at the second CD didn't work. Another copy I saw had the same issue.

Yeah, it did - well deserved too.

I missed out seeing him live a while ago and never forgave myself, by all accounts he rocked it!

Did see him years ago at homelands, which was pretty cool but it was early on and the atmosphere just wasn't what it could have been.

Will definately pick up this DVD though, sounds unmissable - Shadow is an all time musical legend!
