wanted to make a flyer for my ms show, anyone recommend any good software for mac to do it? preferably freeware.....

Only suggestion I have is to download the trial version of PhotoShop for 30 days.
You can find it on Adobe.com
Other then that, I don't know of any other freeware besides paintbrush that will allow you to draw. -
