I'm pretty sure that video was taken at last year's WEMF.
But if u wanna see some really fucked up shit, come to the Guv on a regular Saturday night...The amount of cracked out asians busting out some of the most unnatural moves u'll ever see is just unbelievable.

And yes, the guy doesn't seem to be bothering nobody and it looks like he's having fun. Just let him be...

i think any club flooded with crackstars is gonna have some whack dancers.. I've been to the guv a couple times and it seems way too crowded to even dance. Bunch of trance addicts in that dam club.
