Advance preview of a track slated for release August 15th on Norman H's Stripped label, Norm also provides a remix with the assistance of Wez Saunders.

The UK's Joelle Atkins fell in love with electronic music on her first visit to Ibiza, enrolling on a music production course shortly after. Her release (remixing 'Festcar' by Quadrini on Influential House Recordings) was followed by 2 remixes for Stripped Recordings, currently tipped by Sasha on Twitter as his favourite label. 2010 then saw Joelle release her own original track 'Reflekt' and another remix on Stripped Digital called Nikko Z - Happy 80's which was charted by one of her top 5 DJ's Hernán Cattáneo.

    02. No Tomorrow - Nord [unreleased]

No Tomorrow is one of the most successful Deep House & Techno producers in Lithuania: based in Vilnius he gets hundreds of positive feedbacks from the biggest stars, his tracks were remixed by on the top names, he hosts The Facts radio show on Proton Radio, his work has been released on huge labels and he is just 23. Everything is still in the future.

    03. Progress Inn - The Fifth Planet [Temporum Music | TPM004]

Coming soon to Temporum Music! [TPM004]

Progress Inn is the DJ/production duo consisting of Janko Dragovic and Igor Kadic. Both guys, originally from former Yugoslavia, are currently based in Perth, Australia. As Progress Inn, they make and play a variety of music, but their main sound is progressive and techno with the philosophy that it has to be groovy and it has to be deep.

They started DJ-ing and releasing their tracks in 2008. They are featured on Vapour Recordings, Pure Substance, Baroque, 405, Vibrating Balance, Wandler, BeatGeek Records, Lemans Recordings and Balkan Connection. They also run their own label, Obstacles Recordings which they use to promote quality music.

    04. Juan Deminicis - Unknown [unreleased]

Juan Deminicis is a DJ/Producer from Buenos Aires, Argentina. He have officially remixed Home Video, Cid Inc, Daniel Mehes, Fady Ferraye, Nicholas van Orton, OMB, Count Sinca and release tracks on the most respected labels like Global Underground, Armada, Replug, Flow Vinyl, Baroque, Stripped, Avangardia among others.

In the 2010, Juan get the º1st place at the Remix Contes of the best producer 2010 of Progressive House Cid Inc track "Filamets". Juan is currently working on studio with his friend and studio partner Pablo Acenso.

    05. Darin Epsilon pres. Eventide - Cosmic Discovery (Kastis Torrau & Arnas D Remix) [Perspectives Digital | PSDI 019]

The 19th release on Darin Epsilon's Perspectives Digital sees the label boss debuting a new production alias. The Los Angeles based producer has created the Eventide moniker to showcase a more uplifting style of progressive house. This new sound has been the result of his recent studio sessions and should be a delight to fans of Eric Prydz, Moonbeam, and Jody Wisternoff. With its bright and summery sound, the timing for this release couldn't be better with warm weather on the horizon.

The Original Mix of 'Cosmic Discovery' has already seen much success at Darin’s ‘Insomniac presents Awakening’ residency at Exchange LA. An irresistible set of warm rhythmic stabs add vibrancy to the production straight away. A grinding synth with wicked modulation sits at the foundation and adds some welcome character, while the club-friendly groove provides perfect energy for the dancefloor. The introduction of a smooth melodic lead adds just the right amount of euphoric content without going too far. Glassy harmonies and bubbly melodic clusters flow effortlessly to an exhilarating climax, which should more than capture your imagination.

Returning to Perspectives for the second time are Kastis Torrau & Arnas D. Following a production on Sasha's Last Night On Earth imprint, the Lithuanian duo released the 'Atlantic EP’ on Perspectives, which remains one of the label’s best-selling releases to date. Kastis and Arnas have taken Darin's original and transformed it into a more thought-provoking interpretation. The remix is immaculately produced and tailor-made for the club with its pulsing melodies and waves of refreshing atmosphere. A hint of the intoxicating harmonies fill the breakdown and is an ideal musical interlude before the chunky progressive beats return for a strong finish.

UK producer Dale Middleton makes his Perspectives debut and supplies the final remix. He’s been on the top of everyone’s up-and-coming hype list since his first release on Lowbit Records back in August of 2012. Dale has since gone on to work with other highly regarded labels as Outside The Box, DAR Digital, and Mirabilis, while catching the attention of Hernan Cattaneo, Guy J, and Eelke Kleijn. Dale's interpretation of 'Cosmic Discovery' begins with a deep subterranean bassline. Sparkling and hypnotic keys grace the main breakdown and build some dramatic tension before the groove fades back in with a warm rush. Smooth chord changes with a highly emotional vibe dominate the second half, which should provide epic moments on the dancefloor for months to come.

    06. Eyal Cohen - People And Mess [Dopamine Music | DPM007]

Dopamine Music was created by Greek electronic music artist Nikko Z in 2012. The labels first six releases have firmly established Dopamine as one of the best new imprints around. With a broad music policy that is based around quality the label has earned support from a cross section of DJs that includes John Digweed, Hernan Cattaneo, Guy Mantzur and Marc Poppcke.

Dopamine's seventh release is ready and it looks set to be one of the labels most successful to date. Israeli producer Eyal Cohen makes his debut on the label with 'People And Mess' which comes with two top notch remixes from Marc Poppcke and Kobb. Eyal Cohen began his journey into music production in 2009 which followed an already successful DJ career in the Israeli club scene. Eyal's first productions were signed by Guy Mantzur's Plattenbank imprint and subsequent releases were featured on AK Tek and Deepmentality.

Eyal's debut for Dopamine 'People And Mess' begins with a deeply entrenching groove that's complemented with dark electronics and vibrant drums which more than sets a wicked atmosphere early on. Funky bass stabs form a wicked groove while the introduction of some trippy vocals and fresh sounds further add to the compositions brilliance. The chunky groove builds with waves of atmosphere slowly encompassing the piece while the vocals continue to send shivers down your spine. The percussive groove builds to a boil with a flurry of psychedelic electronics and metallic tinged hits delivering a superb climax.

The first remix on the release is provided by Marc Poppcke who is making his first appearance on Dopamine. The Berlin based producer continues to be a firm favourite of both Hernan Cattaneo and Sasha. Marc's recent productions for Last Night On Earth, Parquet and his own Crossfrontier Audio have been spectacular and he's provided an equally brilliant interpretation of 'People And Mess'. Focusing on a slightly more stripped and melodic groove this might just be one of Marc's coolest productions to date. The German producer has masterfully chopped up the vocal elements for some of the trippiest hooks we've heard in quite some time. The grinding groove carries some brilliant harmonics while the wealth of pristinely polished electronics which accent the piece will more than fill your need for psychedelic sensory stimulation. A serious bomb from Marc.

The final remix on the package comes from Kobb who is also making his debut on Dopamine here. Kobi Yitzhaki aka Kobb is a 30 year old Israeli producer who's big break in electronic music came when he was announced as one of the finalists in Heineken's Thirst competition. Kobb earned a slot alongside John Digweed at the final 5000 person event and since then has been focused on developing his own unique production style. Kobb's cool blend of Tech House and Techno has already found its way on to Plattenbank, Mirabilis and Baroque. For his 'People And Mess' interpretation Kobb has provided a superb addition to the package which begins with a tough, percussive groove that's set against a waning atmospheric backdrop. A small snip from the vocal serves as a wicked stab early on while additional gates soon appear in perfect rhythmic unison. As the enchanting atmosphere builds towards a climax some palatable tension results before the whole groove drops out momentarily and thunders down for a massive dance floor moment.

    07. Yunus - Meeting Molly [unreleased]

It's great to see Istanbul's Yunus Güvenen back with a production. Yunus broke onto the scene with three EPs for progressive house label Silver Planet Recordings before getting signed to Bedrock wit his Invasion and Collective EPs. On the remix front Yunus has taken on Heaven Scent, Lustral's 'Everytime' and Sasha's Wavy Gravy.

    08. Jimmy Van M - QR ft Miell (Facundo Mohrr vs Sound Process Remix) [RLS | RLS01R]

Following his smash hit solo EP ‘QR’ which received the support of Seth Troxler, M.A.N.D.Y, John Digweed, Sasha, Hernan Cattaneo... RELEASE Magazine's tech house imprint RLS gives dance music legend, Jimmy Van M's QR the remix treatment!

Argentina’s Facundo Mohrr recently appeared on Christian Smith’s might Tronic label and teams up with fellow country man Juan Goya aka Sound Process to deliver as essential slice of peak time dance-floor action. Solid.

    09. Sin Cos Tan - Trust [Sugarcane Recordings | Promo]

SIN COS TAN is the new project of ace producer Jori Hulkkonen and VILLA NAH’s Juho Paalosmaa. Having worked together previously on VILLA NAH’s superb debut album ‘Origin’ and on the track ‘Re: Last Year’ from Hulkkonen’s own ‘Man From Earth’ solo record, a further artistic union was almost inevitable. They made their live debut at Helsinki’s Flow Festival this summer 2012.

The superbly pulsating ‘Trust’ showcases the pair’s manifesto to be “a synthesized duo of great promise, broken dreams, and long nights”. Add in sweeping drifts, sharp widescreen cimbalom, danceable but subtle beats and emotive vocals tinged with sadness from Paalosmaa, what more could you want? ‘Trust’ could possibly be the song of 2012…

So while VILLA NAH take a sabbatical and Hulkkonen wears yet another hat (other monikers have included PROCESSORY, ZYNTHERIUS, ACID SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA, KEBACID, DRUMMAN, STOP MODERNISTS and THE TANIA & JORI CONTINENTS!), SIN COS TAN are now finishing an album for forthcoming release.
Sin Cos Tan debut album coming out November 2012. For further information & booking inquiries contact Solina Records (Europe) or Sugarcane Recordings (Rest of the World)

This release was mastered direct from vinyl at the request of the DJ and as such features natural sound characteristics of this medium such as record surface noise.
