    Freekeh??

    Nobody I have asked so far has ever heard of "freekeh" before. I'm on my second box and love this stuff. Without giving away much more about "freekeh" has anyone on MS had it before? Is it common where you live? Cheers

      What does it taste like? It looks like other grains like quinoa or cous cous.

          It tastes kind of like rice pilaf to me... It's got more protein and fiber than quinoa and tastes much better too. It's got a ton of carbs as well but that's fine with me. I add a ton of veggies and various seasoning, it's awesome.

          It was fun while it lasted...
