The London production duo Saul Milton and Will Kennard return after an unforgettable performance at last year’s Hackney Weekend. Producers, writers, musicians and one hell of a live act, Chase and Status can count Pharrell Williams, Jay-Z and Snoop Dogg amongst their fans. 2013 will see the release of their hotly anticipated third studio album, after the double platinum selling No More Idols became one of the biggest albums of 2011. The duo have been heavily supported by Radio 1 since the early days and this year is no different as they bring their anthemic beats to the Big Weekend Main Stage.
They recently announced the release of their first single from their highly anticipated third record. "Lost & Not Found" - CHASE AND STATUS give a nod to the early 90's rave era that inspired them: The single shows a change in direction for the duo and gives their fans a glimpse of what's to come with their new record. Always looking to support unknown and underground talent, as they did with No More Idols (Maverick Sabre, Delilah, Liam Bailey etc), "Lost & Not Found" features the talented Louis M^ttrs.
