Mixing in key is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO overrated it is like a date with Britney Spears. I have never even considered mixing in key and I have never had a bad mix

          i raise the bet.

tracks that mix well with every other track.

North Atlantic - Lights Out (Lemon 8 remix)
and Lemon 8 - Lose control
are tracks that are easy to mix with everything imo

Re: Tunes that mix well into each other

I find it easiest to mix remixes of the same records together, then you can progress from slower tunes up to faster tunes taking in various other styles on the way. Ppl tent to think you are a true 'artist' after a performance like that.

Ok, that harmonizer website has only a limited number of tunes. Are there any software programs that ACCURATELY can tell me the harmonic key of a tune? Or maybe the BPM as well?

bingo!! ..just listen and try different tracks together... i know sometimes you want to mix 2 specific songs together, but you have to move on and try a different combo....

its easy to take too much of a scientific approach sometimes, dont look for a formula to a perfect set, someones beast is someone elses beauty. (michael douglas & catherine zeta jones)

play with your style, try new tunes, span genres and when it sounds good to you it will sound good to others

very accurate for the most part...use a mp3 or record a minute or 2 of your track in...
