      Is the Election already over? I am not too keen about Ratzinger beeing the new Pope...he's very traditional and conservative (of course all Popes are like that but he's extremely conservative) with pretty strict opinions and compared to the last Pope he will follow different plans now for sure.

        From what I understand this is a shift to the hard right for the catholics. IMO, the farther right they go, the further numbers of Catholics will drop.

                i was hoping for the cardinals from south america or africa to get the papacy, but that is just my left wing tendency to want radical change
