As bad as those places listed no doubt are, i'm guessing the people inside them have been tried and convicted so I would say none could possibly top Guantanamo Bay as the "worst prison". Maybe you should add that to your list ?

Juarez, hands down. that place is crawling with scum and is super corrupt. my guess, you'd be lucky if you got treated even remotely fair.
