But it's so true! A couple months after I moved here, I was browsing through a used CD store one afternoon. I noticed two women in their late 30s carefully examining (more like admiring) a David Hasselhoff CD. It was all I could do to keep from falling over on the floor in laughter....

2 east-German women drooling over Hassel the Hoff.

If only the magical CD player had already been introduced to this side of the country, they might have actually bought it.
