michael jackson is a fucking pedophilian *i dont know if i wrote this word in the right way, i do not use to talk about this shit(......... so he is guilty, that-s it
Bet he's also a member of nambla.org, biggest contributor. And all his nambla friends get to hang out with him at Neverland, and if they can't, they're fucking jealous too...
Jackson's guilty but everyone should be concern at how the state is prosecuting this case. They are basicly alowing a whole bunch of hersay evidence (That has little to do with this particular case) in this case due to some statue in California. Oh well it's all Jacko's Wacko's fault anyways...
That picture is so bad. But he probably did it. I hope they find him guilty. To be charged with samething twice, the fucker deserves to go to jail and rot.
I don't reckon he's guilty. I think he's an exceptionally easy target and I've watched hour after hour of the recreation court proceedings. (Yeah, yeah.. I know.)
The whole thing stinks of a lynching. There's no doubt at all that he's a total freakjob - but that's not illegal. He's probably done some things that, by any normal measure, are not socially acceptable to us - but that's not illegal.
What is illegal are molestations, and there's absolutely fuck all credible evidence that anything actually illegal happened. Just, as deepdark says, a lot of questionable heresay from people who have either already benefited, or have vested future interests in seeing him prosecuted.
It's a complete circus, makes for great television and allows people to go down the road where they comfortable believing their preconceaved impressions. That's what this is currently - a matter of believing witnesses who, I think, are either not credible themselves or biased.
"Reasonable doubt"? You better believe it.
And you would typically expect at this point in the preceedings that you'd have a major swing towards the prosecution - but that's not happening. People are roughly half/half if that.. and now the defense is going to start.
Personally unless there's something amazing just waiting to be released, I'm not buying it. Easy target, with built-in motivations, totally whacked "witnesses", constant heresay and - let's be realistic - someone who actually has done more than just about anything on the planet for improving children's lives the world over. I hope he is acquitted.

it's hilarious because every freakin person in this trial has credibility issues. he's a freak but everybody else that the prosecution sends up has issues too.

The only people more sad than the real thing are the actors. How in the hell did they find these people and why in the f**k would you want to do it?
Anyway GrantT good points. My guess is money will change hands, eventually.
Not living my life to see if I get into heaven or hell, just how long I'll have to spend in purgatory.

Can you imagine their agents trying to convince them to take the job. I mean do you get excited about something like that. Do you put it on your resume for future jobs?
I'm with GrantT on this one. The prosecution witnesses couldn't have been less credible and Michael has always been (and will probably remain) a very easy target. So, I am certainly not convinced of his guilt....
