Well this was signed into law today by Bush. Good to see we're putting in more valuable legislation to protect the people (more like corporate interests ).

It doesn't sound like they're going after the casual viewer or downloader. Seems like they're going after people trying to make lots of money by illegal distributing movies and other media.

dumb...but, aside from the few hundred college students and the young girl ( ), the majority have been those who've not only got lots of the stuff, but also stand to profit egregiously from it...that part I can at least understand.
Of course, it's also corporate interests trying to protect their investments from the ever-so-savvy consumer...don't underestimate or insult their intelligence..you'll get burned in the end.
