The majority of it is a mish mash of kiss mixes. But as you say i think the first 45 minutes maybe new. After that its tapes that have been around.
FYI the digweed set is a Sasha set from 93 from Soak or Corn Exchange. -

Yeah - a slight mistake on my part that I have correct above. The first two tracks were not previously listed as 21st October, but the rest were in the "extra bit". Those mixes have been so chopped to pieces over the years with still bits missing.Comment
