After another amazing night in August, we are really excited to be heading to our spooky new venue The Shelter in Hoxton on Saturday 2nd November 2013 for a rather ghoulish Halloween Fancy Dress special. To mark the occasion we have drafted in a true legend of the electronic music scene - Neil Quigley - alongside the excellent up and coming Mancunian producer/DJ Loz Goddard.
So slap on your make up, hollow out some pumpkins and come down for a scary night out with us. And with The Shelter's late 5am licence there's no excuse for leaving the dancefloor early

NEIL QUIGLEY (REfINE)
Anyone who has followed Neil Quigley throughout his career knows that he has always been a purveyor of the finest deep and tech house. His early DJ mixes were so revered that when one fell into the hands of a certain John Digweed, the result was a residency alongside him at his world famous Bedrock parties.
Fast forward to present day, and Neil now brings his brand of ‘electronic house with soul’ to clubs and festivals all over the world, and directly to your iPod through his regular podcasts, not to mention a mix compilation for Renaissance, home of his other prestigious residency.
These days it’s not just Neil’s abilities behind the decks that make him so respected within the scene. From early collaborations with Nick Muir and Milton Jackson, to present solo efforts on labels such as Dessous, Plastic City and Shaboom, Neil’s growing reputation as a formidable producer has seen him work with artists such as Roykssop’s Erlend Øye and British pop star La Roux.
Now he has launched his label REfINE together with German tech house pioneers Terry Lee Brown Jnr and The Timewriter. For Neil, it's another platform to ensure his music will be with us for a long time to come.

LOZ GODDARD (Kolour Recordings/i Records/5 and Dime Recordings)
Manchester's Loz Goddard got off to an early start with music, learning to play the drums at the age of nine and the guitar shortly thereafter. Such an early lesson in the essentials of drum patterns and rhythm elements has led to a solid foundation in what Loz considers to be one of the most crucial components in his own production. Initially influenced by the more experimental sounds of IDM and Electronica, Loz found that electronic music production, both live and in the studio, was where his heart was set.
Over time his musical tastes and influences have evolved, as has his love of spaced out Deep House. The discovery of artists such as John Digweed, Robert Babicz, Mark Henning, Ian O’Donovan, Luna City Express, Evren Ulusoy, Huxley, Matthias Tanzmann, Delano Smith and Ekkohaus has taught Loz the fundamentals of House music production and enabled him to take inspiration from the many types of House out there today and develop his own synth infused and percussive style.
With releases on 5 and Dime Recordings, Deep Site Recordings, DeepWit and Oversized Records (and more to come) and gaining support from artists such as Evren Ulusoy, Sezer Uysal, Sumsuch, Alvaro Hylander, The Messenger, Nadja Lind, and The Disclosure Project has earned him great success in the 'Top 100 Deep House Releases' chart on Beatport, coming in at #34 with his Mimic EP on 5 and Dime. 2013 is set to be a big year for Loz Goddard and we’re sure that we’ll be seeing much more of him not only now, but also in the years to come.
