7th and last mix for the series i did for super chef Sergio Herman's Oud Sluis restaurant. Sergio decided to close the doors of his beloved laboratory to go and take the best of what he has learned into his new enterprise in Antwerp starting next year. (http://www.sergioherman.com/en/) I loved doing these mixes as they have sonically pushed my boundaries and inspired me. As this series comes to an end,

Agreed mate, really enjoyed this series by him.
