Eat more out of the refrigerator than pantry
Donate more of my crap (get organized)
Drink less alcohol (not that I drink all that much, just sayin)
Meditate better, more frequently (so I can maybe relax more!)

I want to continue my smoking cessation. It's been 4 months now, but I want to wait a year before I tell people I'm not a smoker.
