It was back in 2011 that we first discovered the talents of Leghau here at Data Transmission and we’ve been watching the young producers meteoric rise through the industry with great interest ever since. The reason for his lightning ascent? Aside from finding his solo work filling up the record bags and USB sticks of some of the scenes coolest names over the past few years, the young Frenchman has also teamed up with none other than Len Faki for the label Figure as well as working with Remute for his eponymous imprint. Before being recognized with Figure, Leghau already had showed the scale of his ability in the studio with strong releases on labels Flicker Rhythm, Prosthetic Pressings and Neverending to name but a few.Taking crowds on a journey through the deepest, darkest caverns of techno whilst maintaining a firm sense of groove is no mean feat and has not got unnoticed with Leghau regaularly sharing the stage with the likes The Advent and Industrialyzer, Joseph Capriati, Len Faki, Chris Liebing, Eric Sneo and Felix Kröcher amongst countless others. With such a pedigree behind him we were naturally keen to bring his considerable talents to the DT podcast and so invited Leghau to deliver this weeks exclusive mix. He’s always had our curiosity, often had our interest and now definitely has our attention as we look forward to watching his star continue to shine in 2014.
