Our 1st Ever Compiled Overview of the Top HOUSE Djs Today.

After years of seeing DJ Lists compiled throughout the world that we just didn't get. We've simply had enough! We took a private industry poll with over 1000 global submissions. We then asked regular fans through our social networks event groups and databases who they considered the TOP HOUSE DJs. The Criteria used was simple.
1. Common Sense! Keyword is HOUSE!
Not techno house, not deep house, not afro house. JUST HOUSE.
Everyone has a different definition. It spans multiple genres.
You can't really break down this thing of ours without looking at the whole picture.
We left OUT Trance, EDM and other genres of that type on purpose.
2. Legendary Status. People who transcend the HOUSE genre.
3. Fan Favorites. Standouts. Upstarts. Rebels. Noise Makers. Most Respected.
3. Discography. Many of our favorite Djs are our favorite producers, most of the time.
4. International Fan Base. Would you actually PAY your hard earned cash to see these people?
5. REAL Working DJs. People who ACTUALLY work weekly DJing to make a living from it.
6. Artists who started out as HOUSE djs and who do not play or make house records anymore, were not included.
7. People who have evolved with the times, but still kept true to their roots. Included.
8. Remember its 2014, Not 1998 or 2002.
NOTE: Any compiled list in the world will be subjective and skewed to the organization conducting it. Because we are not doing an international open poll. If we had, we'd have Trance Djs topping our HOUSE list, and thats not what we are trying to do. Also If we did this poll solely in LA, Chicago, Detroit or London, we would get different results each time.
Here is our 1st ever compiled MOST RESPECTED HOUSE DJS.

I don't think anyone respects Morillo anymore these days....between his gigs in rehab, not showing up to gigs, playing like shit when he is all fuckd up on smack...

Mark Farina is a nice chap and good DJ .. turned up at Mambo and played 2 hours, had a few drinks. Sounded very good too.

He then played with Sneak and Carter at Pacha later on, who seem to have got him very drunk. Decent house between them, nothing ground breaking and I enjoyed the Mambo set more.

I agree with Josh Wink being top 10. Tremendous DJ and always manages to catch my attention with what he's playing.

But the problem with this survey (because it's not a poll) they have included Josh Wink but excluded someone like Carl Cox.

Another example would be that they have include Tomiie, Lawler, Tenaglia but excluded Digweed, Sasha, Howells
