I just got this compilation in the mail yesterday, and it's nothing short of being great. The first CD has a handful of gems that really caught my ear, but where the compilation really shines through is in it's second CD. It goes from some Reggae, to Progressive, to Chillout, and everything in between, an eclectic mix for sure. I have yet to purchase the first in the series, but this definitely put the series in a great direction, so bottoms up and pop this one in when you come home from a great night of clubbin' and want to extend your aural satisfaction!

Agree completely. Encapsulates wonderfully what I think of when I think of Afterhours. Moody, sublime, etc. Gorgeously haunting in places.

the vinyl release for this album was horrible. it's been a few months, and i don't think anyones even picked it up..

Unless quality names are on the GU label ie. most people who did a GU locations compilation, alot of their releases are a bit cheesy in my opinion
