(MAY 14) I bought a house!

I closed on it today at 11AM. I receive my keys monday, and will keep everyone updated on it starting then... expect many pictures real soon.

3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 car garage, 5 years old, half acre of land (huge back yard), 3 minutes from work.

Plan on buying a new fridge, couch, bedroom set, tv, entertainment center, lawnmower, bed(?), and wiring up all lights to operate off of a remote control + dimmable (already received most parts for this)

j/k, congratulations man! Good luck with the furniture buying. The misses and I have been shelling out money lately like mad people buying desks, dining room tables, chairs, etc, etc, etc. No cognitive dissonance yet so I think they've all been good purchases. Can't wait to see the pics.

It's a good feeling...isn't it? Wait til you can use your equity to pay off credit cards...that's an even better feeling! Than it feels even better when you run them back up again!
