Description:
If you have not heard of Pete Bones, aka The Shaker, you are in need of serious underground dance music education. They nick named Pete “The Shaker” because Pete has been doing what he loves for almost 20 years now, making people dance. He was, and still is, in the most credible of DJ bags i.e. John Digweed, Sasha, Nick Warren, Hernan Cattaneo, Dave Seaman, and on and on. Most recently, Pete licensed a track to Bedrock’s Live In London CD mixed by John Digweed. Also, since 1997, Pete has been putting out excellent underground sound on his Red Ant label. Pangea Recordings is proud to have Pete on our artist roster, with 2 different EPs to come out in 2 different parts.
Pete’s Original Mix is an energetic and chunky piece of his signature tech sound.
Vlada D’Shake of Serbia has caught out attention with work he has done on the Stellar Fountain, Balkan Connection, Suffused, and Vise Versa labels. Making his Pangea debut, Vlada turns in a smoother version of the original with beautiful synths, a lush soundscape and a haunting breakdown, while keeping the bass line mostly intact.
Resident of both the Pangea and Red Ant labels, Hair Band Drop-Out, provides an amazing rework of “My Definition.” Deep and smooth, this remix is sure to turn heads globally.
Thanks for the support!
