Okay I'm making a stand here. After several attempts to resolve the "no frisky set links" rule on Mercury Server, I'm disappointed to see continual "line stepping" on the matter. Here is what Faisal (owner of frisky Radio) advised me recently.

"Regarding the last issue you raised of people stealing ours and our artist’s hard earned work and then re-selling that as their own – that is essentially a crime not unlike someone breaking into someone’s home and stealing their car or TV. We have tried to make this clear but all our efforts at reasonable communication from us and our artists asking sites to take down their sets from these sites have fallen on deaf ears. All options, legal and otherwise remain on the table. We thank you for your support and understanding. Unfortunately there will always be people in this world that’d would steal from others rather than work hard and make something for themselves."

All I can say is I sleep sound at night knowing I DO support a great organization in frisky Radio, and loyally consider myself a rule abiding Mercury Server forum member with integrity to draw a line in the sand and condemn future rule breaches as acts that deserve rigorous scrutiny based upon the simple fact "posting frisky show links is NOT allowed! No if's, no but's. It's something that's been a long time coming for me to get this off my chest. Who's with me?
