Hey, this might be a basic question for some of you, but I can't find a satisfactory answer on the google.
I'm trying to set up an alumni email list serve for our residency. The hospital maintains one for the current residents, where you email residents@hospital.net and it gets forwarded out to all the current residents. How do I set this up on my own? Can it be done through gmail?
If you don't want to explain, maybe you can point me to good instructions on the web, as I'm probably searching for it using all the wrong terms
