Damn brotha man, that makes me sad. I'm sorry for your loss. Not sure what else to say except we're hear to listen/read your posts if you need to talk. Griefshare.org is a good resource too.
So sorry for your loss Krystyan; that's really awful. It is weird when someone close passes & then something wonderful occurs.... makes you wonder if they had a hand in it? Or it does me anyway. I hope that leads to amazing success for you, that would be so cool. Keep us all posted. the rest of the year could be amazing for you!
^^^Very sad to hear about your father . Good to see music coming to the rescue . Hoff is right, music does heal. Good luck with your music.

^ Glad your 2013 was so great and now things are chill.... 2013 wasn't that great for me. 2014 has been much better -- easier, enjoyable, lots of newness.
thanks. no matter how good/bad the yester years are, always gotta work to keep improving.

It's been good. Also exhausting. I find myself following in the familiar footsteps I know my parents took - wife, house, kid, career job... My little girl just turned one. I work for a good company and do well, but honestly I work way too much and I'm not thrilled with the corporate shtick. Gotta make some changes there. But I'm really happy at home, and we have some great friends around. I never DJ anymore, but I still listen to a lot of beats during my computer work times (Mcast and Proton Radio subscription ).
I don't know why I disappeared from here so long..probably because I dove into this career work nonsense. Also, I couldn't remember my login.
^ I saw that scenario as my future as well before I got married at around 25, then like the week after I got married I thought wow, if I don't make some big changes right now I'm about to be trapped living a life I don't love. So I pursued the arts full time (acting, photography, producing, managing a musician) and things just sort of fell into place and I've never been happier. I hope to never have that cookie cutter life that pretty much my entire family has. Mans in some ways I do, but in many ways my work is pretty different. Either way, follow your heart, it knows what it wants to be doing, and it will work out. If wasn't easy the first couple years, and it's not easy now, actually it's a ton of work, but it's what I want and felt called to do. Took some adjusting and changing my perspectives and attitudes in many ways on how I was brought up to think and behave. But now that it's working it's beautiful .
Just following from Miros and FL's posts I think this has a really sentimental value to our vision if not maturity in our understandings:
I still can't make my mind on Apple products, but I appreciate to a degree of Jobs' views if not direction he somewhat led.
