He's opened such names as Jono Fernandez and Luke Chable.

I do come over dark stuff rarely. I advise ypu to check out Nick Proteus and his project Degrees of Freedom, Smight, Habersham, Naveen G, Nikola Gala (Everything is you EP), Precision project, Kaybee, Sharon and Robertson, Brahma etc. and such labels: Cold Taps, Toes in Sand, Zero Tolerance.

Find Gab Olivier's set and enjoy this trip into the darkness.
... that's the point! U covered me completely and i just want to add Kosmas Epsilon in the worthy dark namelist.

I think it's time to be more critical against projects of old established superstar djs, as the new comers have much to express and say through their work.

    ....anyhow! Be progressive!

Yeah, I meant disc 1 more than 2. In typical Deep Dish fashion disc 2 is housier than disc 1. And "Pink Cigarettes" is on disc 1...first song.

well, since there's no "edm lexicon", we can go forever trying to define what's dark, what's not, what's twisted, what's evil, and so on.

but i think for those of us that's seen digweed play over the last few years know exactly what's meant by dark, twisted, evil, hard, bangy, and mind fuck... at least digweed style. at least we felt it pierce right thru us while we were losing our minds on the dance floor.

since we're on the subject of "dark" i personally don't feel prog house is dark anymore... well, not like when it truly hit dark in 2001. jvm, moshic, deep amok, cass... they were making some dark (and dark and hard)stuff. i don't think dark is the same as evil (when we're referring to "evil" digweed"). well, at least when i think dark, i'm thinking dark and gloomy... like a dark mist of fog...

I don't think I've ever been stoned whilst making a post or winning all 3 of my trophies. Honestly.
