    01. Mou - Ankaa [Balkan Connection | Promo]

Born in Alexandria Egypt, Mou is a rising talented Dj & Producer. Inspired by electronic music Mou decided to become a Music Producer and pursue his dream hence, he enrolled himself in music classes. In 2014, Mou singed his first track with one respected label that is Balkan connection. The track received strong support from big artists like Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren, which made him even more encouraged about this path and decided to work even harder to please his crowd.

Mou’s current style is Deep Dark Progressive. His Current favourite Dj is the Argentinian world class dj Hernan Cattaneo, a true pioneer, which explains why there is no doubt Mou’s music is a unique and special one.

    02. LOM - Analogue [3rd Avenue | 3AV039]

One of the strongest EP's on our label so far has been released today! "LOM - Analogue EP" with 3 super strong originals! Watch out for more from this guy!

Recently no. 1 on Beatports 'must hear' progressive tracks. 3rd Avenue is the rising sub-label of Sound Avenue.

LOM was born in Buenos Aires. His first steps in music were at age 14. In the beginning, he played guitar and took piano lessons. Over time, he understood that music was the most important in his life. He decided then, years later, to focus their interests in electronic music, musical genre that fascinated him. In that way, he started to take dj classes and buy his first synthesizers. Years later, LOM began composing and his productions were edited in some record labels as Xela Digital [Mexico], Proton Particles [USA] which in 2008 released his first track "Travel the world" for a compilation called "Fall Particles 2008 ". Then, he released another track with a brilliant remix of "Alec Araujo & Goraieb".

Today LOM is focused on creating new sounds to bring to all lovers of this genre and earn their place in the beautiful atmosphere of the music.

    Release Date: Jun 9, 2014

    03. Oliver Schories - Go (Einmusik Remix) (The Exit Remixes Part 02) [Der Turnbeutel | TURNBEUTEL16]

Earlier in the year Oliver Schories invited us on a journey. To leave all our worldly worries far behind, to swoon in the hazy breeze and dabble in fleeting late night romances. To dip toes in shimmering, crystal cool waters and fill trainers up with sand. To be carried off deep into a dreamy imagined summer... Now summer is here and it's time to revive those lushly woven fantasies, and bask in 'Exit' anew.

Here Schories' warm and refined style is given soft and gentle revisions by a cherished collate of sympathisers including Berlin's Einmusik who has had releases on Bouq, Diynamic, Liebe Detail, Italic and his homebase Einmusika Recordings,

    Release Date: 11 November 2013

    04. We Need Cracks - Auster (Windrose EP) [Traum Schallplatten | Traum V177]

The French duo We Need Cracks have been a bit of a surprise coming out of the blue and releasing a brilliant debut on Traum with their "Geometryka" EP in December 2013.
Their new piece of music "The Windrose EP" is a superb follow up which we hope will take you by storm as much as it did us.

"Joran" the opening track acts like a shiny liquid elixir that has that heavenly glow to it. Which in fact spreads wider with each musical element added, becoming a significant "sea of sounds" with a slow motion feeling that still keeps the simplicity We Need Cracks are so good at. "Joran" is a truly enchanted melodic piece of music with a timeless beauty to it.

"Auster" starts more house but quickly unfolds it's beauty and connects perfectly to "Joran" featuring captivating small sequences that seem to glide down from the sky, all made of thin ivory and gold. Resting, spinning like a leaf in the wind, these melodies quickly cast a spell over us.

Track 3 "Aquilons" starts like a classic deep house track but then jumps head over heels into the melodic genre, exposing these spine-tingling midget melodies that work here as a catalyst for broader string arrangements... this is another fabulous track by We Need Cracks and it is an anthem for the special and deeper moments we think!

"Cers" is a birdcage full of music and certainly bird sounds. A track with a 4 minute (!) long melodic "happy/sad" intro that washes down all grey realism in a split second and which could be a sound track for a French movie as well. A fabulous open air track that transport nature where ever you might be dancing!

    Released by: Traum Schallplatten
    Release/catalogue number: Traum V177
    Release date: 18 June 2014

    05. Boss Axis vs Rina Mushonga - Nevada (Solee Remix) vs Eastern Highlands (Joris Voorn Remix) (Rich Curtis Mashup)

Brisbane's Rich Curtis turns in a mashup of the following 2 tracks:

Boss Axis - Nevada (Solee Remix) [Parquet Recordings | PARQUETCD006R]

19 brandnew remixes of Boss Axis' debut album "Bridge A divide" by Solee, Alle Farben, Ryan Davis, Moonbeam, Joachim Pastor, Rainer Weichhold, Peer Kusiv, Nico Pusch and many more...MONSTER RELEASE!!!

    Release date: 28 June 2013

Rina Mushonga - Eastern Highlands (Joris Voorn Extended Remix) [Green | GR16]

Eastern Highlands' is a refreshing EP mixed by Joris Voorn on Green. Joris had a special connection with the original so approached Rina to do the remix. Joris has stayed true to the original with the remix for the open minded DJ. The EP is far-eastern inspired with a distinguished edge reinforced by the contrast between the vibrancy of the instruments with the dark echo quality of the vocalist, Rina Mushonga. The variety of instrumental patterns used, coerce to create a carefully crafted EP defined by cultural influences. The use of echoed vocals create a repetitive, layered effect, which compliment the deep sound of the guitar. Joris establishes an interesting take on this track by introducing an experimental development to the extended mix.

    Released by: Green
    Release date: 5 May 2014

    06. Luca Bacchetti - No Gravity (OVO EP) [Endless | NDL006]

By now we have become used to sudden changes of direction; but we'd already gathered his real intentions following the popular remix of "Lonely Stars In Open Skies" on All Day I Dream with which Luca jump started 2014.

Now OVO, the eagerly awaited new Luca Bacchetti EP, is here! With this work on his ENDLESS imprint, Luca seems to be delineating a new soundscape, maintaining the psychedelia he introduced into his productions a few years ago; but now more synthetic and in some ways even minimalist.

In OVO we can find a brace of dance-floor tracks, No Gravity and The Space Between Us, that maintain and harness Luca's emotional and intricate atmospheres whilst also employing powerful sounds and elements that embrace the movement of the body. Mature, emotional Techno, where ethereal dream-like atmospheres find a singular expression and their own distinct identity. It is no coincidence that the whole EP was recorded entirely high up in the Tosco Emiliano Apennines: a place where, for Luca, Nature is the element that most influences this new aural pathway. As he himself states: "It's this contrast between isolated lands and the chaos of the big city that produces this state of being: a new dialogue. They are two worlds which overlap within my soul: when I'm in New York I think of these mountains and when I'm here I think of the bustle of tour life .. but it's up here that I find the seed, in this case OVO."

The beautiful ambient masterpiece, OVO, was recorded in December 2013 and features Stefano Onorati, jazz musician and long time friend of Luca. The 15 minute opus was then finished in April 2014 and now sees its unveiling.

    Catalogue Number: NDL006
Format: 12" full cover / digital
    Digital Release Date: 16.06.2014
    Physical Release Date: 26.05.2014
    Publishing: Even Eights Records

    07. D.X. Xavier - Totem [Music To Please Friends | MTPF008]

Spain’s D.X. Xavier joins MTPF for his debut release with a stunning, deep progressive double header. “Totem” is the moodier of the two tracks, dark and full of atmosphere with a long, drawn out break. “Dreamcatcher” is still on the deep side but the darkness is replaced by warm pads and light, subtle melodies. A nice, balanced alternative to “Totem”.

Support from Hernan Cattaeno, Macelo Paladini, Alberto Blanco, Matias Vila, Madloch, East Cafe, Dale Middleton, Armin Van Buuren, D-Phrag, Andrew Best, David Podhel, East Cafe, Dimitry Molosh, Tim Benjamin, Oscar Vasquez, Patrize, Fernando Ferreya, Jose Tabarez & more...

Released by: Music To Please Friends
    Release/catalogue number: MTPF008
    Release date: 7 July 2014

    09. Gabriel Ananda - Smash (Rob Hes, Noraj Cue & Mark Mywords Remix) [Basmati Music | Promo]

Smash was originally released on Cologne producer Gabriel Ananda's Basmati label in May 2011[BASMATI04].

Gabriel Ananda was captivated by the sound of Classical music by the early age of 8. He was encouraged by his family to practice the cello, but it was through playing the guitar that fuelled his motivation to continue to learn about music. The guitar became a useful tool to express his creativity, but Gabriel was not finished searching for his musical direction. In 1995 that changed. A DJ set by Sven Väth was the pivotal moment that ended Gabriel's search to find his passion and two years later, the new producer celebrated his first release for the German label Hörspielmusik.

He went on to release singles on Treibstoff, Trapez, Platzhirsch, and Karmarouge before producing what was for him, a life changing track in 'Süssholz' followed by 'Ihre persönliche Glücksmelodie', and then 'Doppelwhipper'.

In 2008, Gabriel founded his own label, Bamati, as a place where he can release his own productions with complete artistic freedom worldwide chart topper, 'Hey Blop' being a massive track. Last year saw the brilliant 'Let It In And Let It Out' for Suara [SUARA097].

This release was mastered direct from vinyl at the request of the DJ and as such features natural sound characteristics of this medium such as record surface noise.
