I think it happens whenever you are ready.. its all about timing, can't force the issue.
Also, I don't believe that we are all meant to be in long term relationships, get married, have kids, etc,. a lot of that is social/peer pressure.
The tricky part is dealing with our gene's need to reproduce, which relates to our sex drive, and our human desire/need to love and share our life with other people. Having a stable long term relationship might solve all that, but being happy during that period is a whole different story.
Approaching women randomly in public seems to be lustful and guys that are in the PUA community seem manipulative.

I guess you've got a point. I tended to be the one being approached, I use to like to sit back Dumb and Dumber style and send out the vibe at bars and shit. But looking the best you can look helps. That may mean hitting the gym. Not because females are shallow and want the muscular aesthetic as much as they like to feel safe and a stronger looking male provides that. Don't ever sell yourself short either bro. A good guy is hard to find for single women too. If you are kind and at least average looking the rest just takes confidence and a sense of humor which I know you are funny. Women love that shit. Everyone likes to forget their worries and laugh but most adults live humorless lives. Have a clear picture of what you want and know what you don't want. It's possible to find a woman that meets your looks requirements and personality if you know what they are. If you don't know though, that's when I think people date or marry the wrong people either because they think they should or some other reason. It's a bit of a numbers game too as well as proximity. Although the internet has changed the game in terms of proximity. My bro in law met a really nice/pretty girl online in Beverly Hills.

Offering advice to any male members here on MS who feel clueless about meeting women or finding a potential wife. What makes me qualified? Nothing really, except for having worked in the modeling and acting industry for 5 years which I have had to pretend to married to or a bf of many many women. During those gigs I have had many conversations with different kinds of women. I grew up with sisters and not brothers, and being outnumbered in the house meant that most of the topics of discussion were female based . I have taken women's study courses, and have a degree in social science (doesn't hurt). I have dated a lot. I have had the pleasure of being in love 3 times in my life, which is kind of a lot I think. I plan to stay married to my wife for the rest of my life. I also have many close female friends as well as being a photographer who is constantly photographing women .
