I kept thinking this was tipped to be the next Roe v. Wade in American libertarianism involving womens rights, religious dissipation, and overall evolvement of the justice system as a whole.
A somewhat surprising result in its decisions, it involves so much from Obamacare, to corporate welfare of its employees, and none the less religious pragmatism influencing women, especially when America has its own Religious Freedom Restoration Act. It was clearly a republican victory, and to see the tail of Obama and his legacy is this a sign of what has to come on 2016, an election issue?
Albeit, the hearing is only effective of two nationwide corporations (Hobby Lobby & Conestoga Wood Specialities), it does open the floodgates for other smaller less corporate chains to claim religious connotations affecting their policies.
You could ask yourself is this a beginning of religious idealism, or a is this going to affect PR with these organisations?
