Melatonin is great, one of the strongest antioxidants known to man. Use the sublingal kind for the best results. But be careful and don't use it on a regular basis or your body will stop producing it on its own since it is being supplied by another means. Its even thought to be an anti-aging drug.

Yeah thats what I thought too until others told me. Just don't take it on any sort of schedule. Its like excersizing. If you do the same thing every day your body adapts and your muscles stop getting sore but if you keep it random your body can never adapt.

just not enough hours in the day! i wake up at 05:00 for work, & i usually don't go to sleep till around 24:00 or 24:30. once i get home, i am on pc all night.

falling asleep is not a problem for me, must take seconds after i finally go to bed, but there is just so much to do when i get home.

i try to make up for it on friday nights. whatever time i go to sleep, i always make sure i give myself 12-14 hrs. sleep on friday nights. friday is the only night i get decent sleep...

8 - 10 hours ideally..

but as most of you I have too many interests, so it's tough to hit the sack early and get enough hours.

i have been going to bed by 11 and waking up at 645. Its not enough sleep for me...

I love geting around 9-10 hrs sleep, that puts me at my best! Although, if i do a strict schedule of maybe 7 hrs of sleep i grow to like it.
