i usually go 7 hours a night during the week, then about 6 on weekends...i also find i have one night where it all catches up and i get a good 9-10 hours cause im tired, then ill be back to normal routine

4-6 hours....today though, I have a special gadget wrapped around my arm so the professor can see the activity during the course of a day..

really weird, when i was a waitrees i could do like 3-5 hrs with no problem, now tht i work m-f, 9-5 i NEEED like 8
