For me, I was doing a variety of exercises with 25 lbs dumbells at home and a power tower, which consisted of pullups (usually 40) and dips, along with some ab stuff...
Barbell exercises spilt over 4 weekdays a week. Deadlifts, benchpress, overhead press, squats, weighted chins, weighted dips, pendlay rows, snatch high pulls, romanian deadlifts, good mornings, crunches, hanging leg raises. Sometimes farmer's walk and incline treadmill to try to get leaner.

Oh. My. God. James absolutely obliterated the island tonight. The last time there was so much destruction, Obi Wan Kenobi had to take a seat on the Falcon after the Death Star said "hi and bye" to Leia's homeworld.
I got pics and video. But I will upload them in the morning. I need to smoke this nice phat joint and just close my eyes and replay the amazingness in my head.
I've been doing my push/pull routine about 4 -5 days a week, for a few weeks, then take a week off to grow. it's been working well. Push day Chest/Tri's and Pull is Back/Bi's , then leg day and usually I'll throw in shoulders on one of those days, either legs or Push day. I do leg raises at the end of every workout for my abs, just to keep it simple. And that seems to work. I also do 5 mins before and after on the treadmill. Since I'm trying to put on weight and I have put on about 20 lbs since I got back into the gym, I don't do much cardio. Good times
Nah they're split up over 4 days. Mon deadlifts, Tues overhead presses, Wed benchpresses, Fri squats. The rest are accessory exercises split to complement the main lifts. I don't do all of them in a single workout I also go for half hour jogs when I feel like it because it helps my mind relax; my preference is to swim but Olympic pools are a luxury in NY.

For sure Di, squash is my release after a hard day, a few brews in the pub with the fellas talking nonsense after and I am happy. The wife often kicks me out to do that.
The largest room in the world, is the room for improvement!
Been using our Bowflex + treadmill on incline abt 5 times/week to help my injured back and strengthen muscles. Have to say, really like the soreness, how much better I sleep, and the overall good feeling. And my knees are doing much better, which surprises me. Can't stay on the treadmill for very long (back starts hurting), but I'm sure that will get better with time.
(I always pretend/imagine my dad is in the room with me urging to do more reps. lol... seriously helps me enjoy it more.)
