          Texting while driving is for bellends, you would have to either take your hand off the wheel, or put your beer down.

                      when I was in Sapporo I used to see the host bar guys going home in the morning on their bikes, drunk off their asses, smoking cigs and dicking around on their phones, in fresh snow
