          Release Notes:

          01. Marcelo Vasami - Animals [unreleased]

New unreleased track from BA's Marcelo Vasami of Sudbeat / Afterglow / Stripped / Subtract / WhoseHaus? / Replug.

          02. Maxi Iborquiza - Elephants & Butterflys [unreleased]

Maxi Iborquiza was born in S.C. de Bariloche, Argentine, and is a partner in Onward Recordings (Arg) with friend Diego Colqhoun (Distaff aka Bs As Deep).

          03. Jemmy - Breathe In ft. Leza Boyland [Bedrock Records | Beddigi54]

After releasing 'Waterloo Blues' and 'Quarry Bank' in the past 2 years, Jemmy returns to Bedrock in 2014 with 'Breathe In' featuring the vocals of Leza Boyland.

Alongside the excellent original with it's luscious chords and trippy layered vocals comes a remix from Zombies in Miami who toughen it up a bit and focus mainly on a tight percussive groove using the vox very sparsely.

We don't really need to say anything else, we'll let the music do the rest of the talking.

          Release Date: 29 September 2014
          Label: Bedrock Records
          Catalog Number: BEDDIGI54

          04. Daniel Bortz - Pictures (Tuff City Kids Dub Mix) [Get Physical Music | GPMCD100]

This track was originally released on Suol as pert of a remix package. The Dub is an exclusive on DJ T's Body Language Vol. 15 and available via Beatport. Original release notes from Suol bellow for the non-Dub:

"Daniel Bortz isn´t a big fan of reckless experiments. This fact makes even more remarkable what is happening on this release: he breaks his own rules of not having his own tracks remixed. Needless to say that he didn´t just pick anyone to get this job done. His choice fell on some highly esteemed friends and colleagues, resulting in a remarkable package.

On A1 Acid Pauli and Nu give us their interpretation of 'The Misery', using Nils Corßen´s voice as a hook lead element, never losing the melancholy vibe of the original while putting it into a rather dancefloor-compatible context.

On A2, Gerd Janson and Phillip Lauer team up, delivering a driving Tuff City Kids version of 'Pictures'. For the flip Daniel put his own hands on 'Monkey Biznizz' again for a 12"-Club Version, while Bostro Pesopeo from Permanent Vacation showcases his rework on the album´s bonus track 'Too Late'. "

          Released by: Suol
          Release/catalogue number: SUOL053
          Release Date: Apr 25, 2014

          06. Khen & Sonic Union - Driven By Demand (Pole Folder Remix) [Tribal Pulse | TRIP006]

For the sixth instalment in our catalogue we're extremely happy to be welcoming two new faces to the Tribal Pulse family. During our label showcase at last year's Amsterdam Dance Event, Sonic Union from Sweden and Khen from Israel voiced their intentions to collaborate on writing a track in the specific style of Tribal Pulse. The week before our showcase at this year's ADE we have the privilege of releasing it, and we think you'll agree that they've hit the nail on the head.
"Driven by Demand" is a track brimming with charisma and funk. Vibrant tribal percussion gives way to smooth, flowing synths before slamming back into a bass-driven, futuristic groove.

Belgian dynamo Pole Folder comes good on the remix once again, pairing the original's synth breakdown with an intricate electronic groove, moulding the track into a deep, dreamy soundscape.

We hope these tracks put a smile on your face!

          Release Date: 13 October 2014

          07. Maher Daniel - A Call From Within [No.19 Music | NO19049]

Following on from the critically acclaimed debut album from Louie Fresco released this summer, No.19 Music turn to Maher Daniel for a stunning new single that comes with heavyweight remixes from two of the best names in the game, Martin Buttrich and Subb An. Montreals Maher Daniel is now starting to get the props he deserves having served up an increasingly refined slew of releases on quality labels like Circus recordings and Lee Burridges All Day I Dream. Daniel has also previously appeared on the essential No.19 Music, contributing a standout track to the 5 Years of No.19 Music compilation earlier in the year. As resident at the famous Stereo club in his hometown, Daniel is also a respected DJ who has a deep understanding of dance-floor dynamics as evidenced by this stunning new release.

A Call From Within is a truly humid and steamy slice of house music with hints of tropical jungle drums and tumbling toms making for a rich organic groove. Tinkling keys, synth tension and magical breakdowns all bring an ethereal depth to proceedings, taking the listener to another dimension; crafting music as sensuous and emotive as this whilst bringing such energy to the dance-floor is no mean feat.

First to remix is Martin Buttrich, a long time production genius who has helped Loco Dice over the years as well as serving up his own essential EPs on labels like Desloat and Supplemental Facts. His first remix is a spooky, spacious affair with a nice loose groove, tons of atmospheric production and a warm, humid air that makes it perfect for lazy afternoons in Ibiza. His second dub mix is busier, with a burrowing baseline, slinky percussion and a serious dub quotient propping up the whole thing in fantastic style.

Also contributing a remix is One Records and Crosstown Rebels associate Subb-An, who is as adept at playing live as he is weaving chunky DJ sets everywhere from BPM to Fabric. His killer version is riddled with gentle toms, is rooted with firm kicks and has scurrying little effects, steel drums and hugely inviting hi hats all making for a devilishly late night floorfiller that demands you dance along; its super special and evocative electronic music that stands proud of the competition.

In giving him his own platform, No 19. Music show deserving faith in the ever rising star that is Maher Daniel and the music he serves up as a result is certainly his finest to date.
