do you feel like they work? im on a kick of powerade, yet im not sure why...i dont feel all vitamined up. i hate gatorade.

if i want a buzz i do a line ... otherwise coffee and cigs do it for me.

gatorade does refresh my mouth though. esp after a tuff one.

i think a good boffing before work is plenty of energy for the day. i am not one who drinks energizer juice.

i drink it all the time. powerade over gatorade because it is cheaper. even when i don't work out, if i drink powerade, i still feel like i got a good workout, somehow.



point being: kids, drink sports drinks to stay in shape!

i dont drink it for the 'energizing' effect. i hate that feeling, i wont even drink redbull itmakes me sick. i thought it was cool it had a bunch of vitamins, i dont take pills so i always try weird things that taste good for the vitamin effect.

^ sports drinks and energy drinks are two different things. i also don't think gatorade has much as far as vitamins, it jsut has a lot of stuff to keep your body hydrated.

why is taking a multi-vitamin so hard again???? :P

for energy try arizona ginsing tea
or juice drinks with gunara and stuff
