what ever u think of him, he gets credit for walking into a US senate comittee and raising hell. IMO.
Anyone that can do that and not get shot. Gets my credit. That is a bold act to do. But either way if you think he is doing for himself or not. At least he is doing something.
No matter if he's an asshat or not Dave, it's a lame move to divert the attention form the allegations of fraud directed at some of the US senators themselves IMO. Let them deal with their own corrupt senators before pointing their finger overseas.

Nobody forced this vile excuse for a human being to travel to Washington and meet the Senators - I believe I'm right in saying that as a non US citizen he could not be compelled to take part.
So what was this mans motivation other than self publicity.
He does indeed have serious questions to answer about his relationship with Sadaams regime, as do one or two other UK politicians, but his reason for travelling to the US was nothing more than ensuring that his face appeared in as many publications as possible.
He hates everything the US stands for and saw this as a perfect opportunity to go an cause some havoc.
There is much i can say about him, but read for yourself and make up your own mind.
