Eccentric Radio - 128 feed

I'm having trouble, more than trouble to be honest. I am unable to connnect to eccentric beats 128 stream. I can get the 48 kbps feed. But when I try the 128 I get an error message akin to "The connection was refused when attempting to contact." Anybody have a guess?

Have you updated the URL? The team changed the port yesterday so that people can stream from work.

yes, look at your player and make sure the link is

http://66.235.181.186/listen.pls

and NOT

http://66.235.181.186:8000/listen.pls

we are NO LONGER streaming on port 8000

That did it for me, you may want to update the link from the eccentric sight, that's where I was trying to hit it from earlier.

Now I have another question. I'm trying to hit it through a software program called audio stream recorder, a pretty self explanitory program. I've noticed that I'm accessing a .pls file when I go to eccentric, and I think that the recorder is looking for a .m3u file. Anyway we can compromise on this.... maybe.
