If this is the full mix from the evening, I'm disappointed. It's good to hear a slightly faster bpm but for me the set never really takes off. I know it's different being there to listening to a set in your living room, but there are moments you feel it's just about to go up a gear and then for some reason it doesn't. Sasha was always one that took you on a journey, that's what made his sets memorable. For this, any set over two hours has got to have a start, middle and an end - to a degree. This one just didn't have that, felt reserved almost too precise.
I think what we're seeing out there are crowd of clubbers who just don't know, don't care, what Sasha is about, and for this they're content with being mugged off with nice well balanced armchair, pipe smoking sets, and not the show stoppers he produced only a few years ago
