I will be there! It will end up being ~ $1500 trip so no Miami music week or Burning Man for me this year but it will be worth it for sure..

^ have you seen a live show ? Even at the Further shows, which was just Bob Weir and Phil Lesh, the energy from the crowd and the stage is incredible..

The band and the their music is very much meant to be heard live.. it doesn't really translate onto an album, or even if you listen to a live recording its not even close to what you get at a venue.

but I still prefer their live recordings

Check out that China cat sunflower into I Know You Rider transition.. I've never heard another band transition so smoothly from one song into another during a live performance

really stinks, sure wish they would at least do a mini stadium tour across the US, note fair its only one city and one long weekend. cuz obviously there is way more demand that supply.
