    New York

Looks like I'll be travelling to Schenectady, NY for business sometime soon for a few weeks. Is anybody from around there, and know of anything cool to do out there?

Take the train to Manhattan. It's @ 2.5 hours from albany.

I don't know a damn thing to do way out there in Schenectady.

jenks is right, I used to spend a bit of time up there (an ex is from there) and if you're looking for just fraternity keg parties with hip hop and rock then you may be in luck (though school should be out which may make albany a total ghost town party-wise). You're much better off just hopping a train to NYC. And if you decide to come down here, give me a holler and we could hook things up!

my old roomate is from schenectady. not much to do but drink. take a taxi to SUNY Albany and find some college bars and dirty drunk college girls. I think WT's is one of the popular bars up there.

                            Pickle,

When will you be out? Im in Saratoga Springs, about 20 min. north of Albany. I could show you around. Are you still in the KC area? Weird thing is, Im from Kansas and know KC very well!

not sure... probably within the next 2 months for sure. Yeah I'm still in KC; I love it here, even though it's not as big a city as NYC or SF
