                                      ^ so basically it's a teleportation not just in space but also time, which as far as I know is the same (space-time continuum), which supposedly makes time travel possible if travel in space is achieved as sort of the first step before the actual time travel

                                              Meanwhile, I'm sure you guys remember the John Titor Time Traveler thread that Palmer started here way back, I think it was 2005. That was one of the most hyped up cases which was never disproven.

                                                  in other words, if scientists figure out how to properly teleport stuff and hoomans from point A to point B, they will eventually understand how to transport stuff from point A to point B but in time

                                                      Time travel is likely still far away but yes they are already performing experiments with quantum teleportation.
