This tuesday, headlining will be LimitMusic's own Mark Santangelo.
Originally from Belfast and currently residing in Manchester, England Mark mastered his technique in his early teens. Buying his first set of decks at aged 15, he scoured record shops week in week out using every last penny to buy that one track that makes a difference. He was the guy with the headphones attached to his head.
With his seamless mixing and the originality of his programming. Solid and durable with un-yielding precision, he quickly developed his techniques to cultivate his own Unique and distinctive style. It takes something very special to stand out in a crowd, and this is what Mark does.
Now aged 25, Mark is exciting the Global Dance industry, playing Deep and Dirty Progressive House music. He quickly developed his experience, in and around Europe helping outline his profession within both a club and bar environment. Earning a monthly residence in London, at Audio Deluxe from Feb 2005.
Playing at venues throughout Europe. (Network Club - Belfast , Piekarnia - Poland, Warehouse - Plymouth, Blue Note - Todmordon, F at Sams - Dundee, Holy City Zoo - Oldham, Font Bar - Manchester Refuel - Manchester , The Glass House - London, Astykos - Greece ... many more growing from strength to strength.
At the age of 17 he promoted his own night, Twisted, which was a success but he was naive and was convinced that a move to a bigger venue would encourage his night to grow; unfortunately he admits this was a mistake and he quickly learned.
This did not deter him and with an on-going partnership is developing a successful night, Limit. Ever growing and expanding out into Europe.
Using his talented ear and an obvious love and devotion to music, he chooses his records carefully. His favourite record labels must be CP Recording, Choo choo records, Low rider records and Vapour records. To add to this his favourite producers include Chable, Greg Benz, Subsky and Chris Micali, but more recently Derek Howell.
His main influences have come from DJ's such as Sasha, John Digweed, and recently Sander K all in line with his preferred style of music Progressive House.
In addition to his endless dj-ing, he is also venturing out onto radio, being offered regular slots to weekly shows, and featuring on stations such as Friskey, Eccentric beats featuring exclusive sets aired for the Polish National station - Radio Bis.
Listening and watching his sets you become entranced in his originality and the energy of his performance. Reminding you why you fell in love with Dance Music.
Also playing will be Alex Evans, Simian, and Seb Xplicit
