Friday, November 11, 2011 was a day of incredible vibes. It was the night of INTIMATE & UNDERGROUND v11 and later that morning the Groove Garden / bringthebeats connection was formed, at the after party, of course.
It was a match made in house music heaven. Two groups fully committed to the underground coming together to hopefully reach the peak of our powers. After eight months planning we hosted our first TOiKA party together and 20 memorable co-promotions ensued. Indeed the Golden Age of our event promotion was upon us.
We soon realized Groove Garden front man Cesar Caballero is one of the best set-up men in the business, but when he played extended for INTIMATE & UNDERGROUND he always found time to turn up the heat. If you were ever on the dance floor for a bringthebeats / Groove Garden promotion, you’ll remember how very special Cesar’s sets are.
And if you haven’t been so fortunate, here’s a taste of what you’ll hear within one of Cesar’s signature smooth opening sessions. This is the ever soulful, our Colombian brother, Cesar Caballero plugged into the bringthebeats underground.
