i'm too lazy to write blog, so i'd probably never use it. not a bad idea though, espeically if we could get some bigger-named djs currently on the board to discuss their traveling experiences. kind of like resident advisor.

garrick, actually a blogging tool has been on my mind for a while now but with the updates to the site, merging with EB, setting up the radio station and a few more backend projects I have brewing, I put it on hold for a but...... now that I saw a little bit of time for fun on the site, I decided to pursue this to see if there was any interest for it

yes a daily journal.....

Cool idea but how many member would actually use it.

whoever wants to use it...... sort of like the Album, its there' everyone knows it, and peeps use it as and when they want / need to

as I continue to think of this, there are 3 ways to proceed folks....

1) We setup a simple blogging tool thats tied into the forums so its extremely simple / generic as seen in that simple
2) We setup a simple blogging tool not tied into the the forums and give it a professional feel....
3) Alternatively, we can also setup a photoblogging tool ( http://www.pixelpost.org - demo)

I like option 2.

I think it's a great idea...a lot of members will have some interesting things to blog about.

i love the photo blogging idea. i vote for #2/#3.

I thought of option 2 as well, I think its a great way to proceed, not only just mercury, anyone on the planet can come and register there and start a blog....

yes the only drawback is you have to sign up to create your own account
