so sorry to hear that, man.
I almost remember every thread in MS about getting married and about having kids, and thinking "some day I´ll post stuff like that" with a big smile in my face.
It´s good you´re cleaning up and working out, that helps a lot. Besides therapy, you could try some spiritual activity... from yoga to whatever you like. It worked good for me through hard times. Just my thoughts, anyways,
keep strong, man! Hope there´s something big coming ahead for you

thanks heaps for the kind words man. things are such a mess right now. I'm going away to sydney in the weekend to see some old friends but i don't have many real friends left here anymore. I hope the trip will allow some clarity.
