Re: Half forgotten compilations that are actually pretty good

A great little mix, as was his Essential Mix. Guy Ornadel was on par with Tiesto, not a brilliant DJ, but could string together a half decent trance set. I had one of the best nights of my life at Amnesia in Ibiza when he banged out all the trance anthems back in 1999. If you have his Essential Mix please upload it, as it brings back loads of memories of doing mushrooms down my local pub.

Re: Half forgotten compilations that are actually pretty good

One of my fave ambient mixes.

...and one of Solar Stone's finer moments.

Euphoria could often get slagged with some of their comps (and sometimes rightfully so - they were just churning out comps like crazy at one point, jumping on any bandwagon they could find indiscriminately), but they could also put out some quality themed mixes as well. John "00" Flemming's Whitelabel series contributions really stood out.
Score so far: Owned ZoverTard 8 times - twice in one week! Twice more in same weekend.

I used to like OM. Four pounds at Discogs.
