^samesies, i prefer solo, and never discussing my progress on social media or with anyone who isn't equally goal oriented, because that can lead to demotivation.

A little tip I've found works is at home work your fast twitch muscle fibers by doing low weight quickly and high reps... then at the gym use the heavier weights, slower, 8 - 10 reps and the further you go the more strengthening of the tendons, but just make sure you are properly stretched out and hydrated. Been getting back on the juice wagon lately, and feeling like I'm high or something. I forgot how many good feels I got from juicing. ( i use a blender and consume the pulp too, beastmode )

It was fun while it lasted...

My husband has lost 25 lbs in 6 weeks.. now his jeans aren't fitting. He works out every morning for 1 1/2 hours and says he's "addicted." to it. I guess he found "the zone" I have yet to find. I've been telling him all the hints in this thread, thanks.
