Fucking hell this set is grim. Everything there is to dislike about tech-house all in 2 odd hours. I seriously gave up listening to it and almost the will to live at about 45 mins in. Shite.

Nah! Didn't say I knew anything just an observer and a sasha fan since I saw him play at The hacienda in 1990, universe pleasure planet in 1992, tribal gathering 96, universe 98, Norwich 99, Glastonbury 03, His sound has changed over the years but it's still a sound that I like, If Lucan isn't a fan anymore why waste his time commenting, nothing better to do I guess.

Thought this was better presented and better thought out than most of his sets. Less obvious effects which is a big relief. But I do think it's a pretty sedate set with once again very little content to get you really going. I think one of the problems is that there are a lot of clubbers who are happy to go out to a club and listen to a very high paid DJ playing what could be considered a borderline warm up set in peak time, cos that's the pace of this one for me.
So better executed but it's another one of his sets im afraid that I could fall asleep listening to on a sunny afternoon. Bigger tracks are needed.
Interesting, but a long way from being exceptional.
