Release Notes:
01. Blond:ish - Endless Games (Patrice Bäumel Dub Mix) [Kompakt | KOM DIG 59]
The first single for the forthcoming debut full-length from BLOND:ISH, ENDLESS GAMES has the tough job of convincing listeners without spoiling the surprise - an effort that sees its pitch-perfect execution in the compelling and slightly mysterious-sounding synth drops, masterfully bolstered by an incentive groove and massive vocals.
With the album shaping up to be both an inspired journey for the mind and a propelling trip for the body (and soul), this delivers on all fronts, presenting the mystical and enchanting leanings of the producer/DJ duo as well as the obvious urge to work the dance floor.
Remixer PATRICE BÄUMEL has no trouble connecting to this mindset, as he has proven time and time again - check his highly immersive and definition of techno on SPEICHER 81 and SPEICHER 85.
Bäumel's strong and club-ready revamp of ENDLESS GAMES comes in two flavours: the vocal version geared for prime time destruction and a sweet dub version for the aftermath.

02. William Burroughs - Advice for Young People (BunkerHill1940s Unofficial Giddyhead) [unreleased]
This track was charted by Hernán for September and featured in his recent Burning Man set. Its is now available as a free download from https://soundcloud.com/giddyheaded
Giddyhead aka Cesar Lopez has releases on Sound Avenue / Agara Music / Stripped Digital / Forward Music / Crossfade Sounds / Balkan Connection South America. His music is always thoughtful, with great attention to creating something new experimental and unheard before. This approach reflects his inspirations such as pioneers like Brian Eno.
'Advice for Young People (BunkerHill1940s Unofficial Giddyhead)' is eclectic electronica made with love and has a spiritual element connected to the past.
Next up, debuting on Tenampa is the awesome Maltese producer: Dean Demanuele. With releases on Leena Music, Mobilee, Noir and Intacto to name a few... It is no surprise Dean has made it to the top-ten charts while strongly remaining at the top spot for weeks. The material quickly gained recognition as the overall Bedrock's best selling tracks on Beatport.
At the same period of time, Dean along Pig&Dan have co-produced various projects, including Tears of a Clown with remix duties by Max Cooper and Ryan Davis. On 2014, Dean collaborated with Lee Van Dowski releasing music on some of the most respected labels.
'Blumen EP' combines deepness housey sounds, building up into more chunky-hypnotic grooves. Delivered, is an extremely hot 3-track package. Tenampa's material will undoubtedly gain full support from the world's elite Djs rocking the dance floors.
Early support by: Hernan Cattaneo, Dj T, Paco Osuna, Alexi Delano, Marc Marzenit, Affkt, Sasse, Anthony Pappa, Marc Poppcke, Paul Hazendonk, Dan Drastic, Argenis Brito, Stacey Pullen, Melokolektiv.
After running Dennis Ferrer's Objektivity imprint, touring on the international DJ circuit and building an impressive portfolio of remixing credits and collaborative releases over many years, André Hommen is now spreading his wings as a fully-fledged artist. 'Introspectral', his third solo release, showcases a producer who has fine-tuned his talents over a long period of time and - as the portmanteau title suggests - both reflected intensely and explored a broad spectrum of sounds.
The aquatic bass pulses of the title track, topped with cycling loops, surging drones and melancholy chords, paves the way for a dancing riff that will surely have hands reaching for the air. With its textbook builds and sweeping dynamics, it's an impeccably rendered and dazzlingly hypnotic groove. On the more introspective, bass-heavy Dub, Hommen weaves a web of gritty arpeggios and chiming synths whose intricacy is unveiled in a long, beatless breakdown.
Last up, the writhing sub bass and Morse code pings of 'Centrifuge' cast an air of Hitchcockian menace: prelude to a crescendo of bright synths and blinding light as the machine revs up to maximum velocity.
Release Date: 17 July 2015
06. Groj - Disco Soleil (Gala EP) [Box Records | BOX009]
After his LP Playmorium in 2013 and first single release since "Tofferica" in early 2015, Groj has kept us waiting long enough… Here is his new Gala EP.
All three tracks take a momentum of their own in any set and are equally enchanting and mesmerizing. The vernal melodies of "Disco Soleil" will bring a smile to any face. "Gala" highlights an antagonism: an elevating hypnotic journey with feet anchored to the ground by a powerful bass-groove. "No One Is Watching You" is a pleasant epic journey through air and space where you can entirely let go and forget yourself.
All tracks assume a tropical harmony ideal for summer and outdoors, but have also been tested to stand their ground extremely well in all club sizes during any season.

Here is a landmark 100th release of Asymmetric Recordings. A huge milestone to reach for any label, so what better way to celebrate than with one of the label head honcho's at the helm accompanied by the igniting vocal performance by Mz Sunday Luv (Get Physical, Rebirth).
Lonya has been constantly proving his worth as a DJ, Producer and label owner for many years, and this release will help cement his strength in every aspect. Judgement Day is and emotive yet driving workout, fusing beautiful and deep vibes, with powerful dance floor touches. Locking you in to its magical spell, this sets off effortlessly, grooving along, until the magical vocal caresses the soundscape to create a mesmerising gem of a track that oozes of class.
Remix duties see the ever reliable, and always exciting King Unique take control. This remix takes us in to deep and deadly territories, adding a filthy distorted bass, a cascade of trippy fx and superb use of the vocal to create a serious rework. This gem straddles many a musical genre and is no doubt going to do some serious damage over the summer and beyond.

08. Martin Landsky - Under The Bridge (Original Mix) [Poker Flat Recordings | PFR163]
Reprising his long and fruitful association with Poker Flat, Martin Landsky - elder statesmen and bona fide legend of Berlin's club scene - serves up another superb EP that is more than ample testimony to decades of experience in production and behind the decks at virtually every noteworthy club or festival you might care to name.
Right from the off, 'Da Geh Bo' hits the sweet spot with its booming bass, precision percussion and spacious production values. This is big, bold, upfront tech house garnished with imagination - not least the cut-up vocalizations that zip and echo in the mix.
'Under The Bridge' is equally ballsy, its repetitive stabs demonstrating Landsky's innate understanding for what moves people in both body and mind. Synth drones sweep above you like searchlights over Gotham, soaring up towards a textbook climax.
Rounding things off, the House Mix of the title track marries a hard-hitting kick to a nebula of reverberating synth: a foundation for a swinging, swaying and utterly supersmooth groove.
For vinyl lovers: this is a 180 gr. vinyl pressing!

09. Li-Polymer - Silence Between Us (Summer Particles 2015) [Particles | PSE1503]
As summer wends its sunlit path across crystal waters and cerulean skies, Particles pauses once more to reflect upon a quarterly compilation full of experience and promise. "Summer Particles 2015" sees eleven tracks from artists located across South America, Europe and Australia, come together in a single work of summer elegance.
The first quartet of tracks sees Russian established producer and label owner, Asten, open proceedings with a beautiful slice of electronica as "Bird's Adventures" swims across seven minutes with smooth melodic flow and evocative atmosphere. Hungarian, Fiddler, provides a transition in to deep house subtlety with "I'll Keep You in my Hands". Delay-drenched vocal cuts vie with rich pads and drifting beats to create a lazy summer vibe before Baunder returns with an excellent stripped back "Dub" take on his recent successful remix of Huminal's "Morning Riser" from the "Pocket Universe" EP on Particles. The learnedly named "Montessori " from Polish duo, Tuxedo and Rafa'EL take hypnotic rhythmic riffs to new heights, paired with multiple layers of counterpoint melody to impressive effect.
Fresh from work for Lowbit, MNL and 3rd Avenue, second Argentinean, Juan Astudillo, enhances a growing reputation with "Café Medianoche", a beautifully worked progressive house offering that offers complex arpeggio sequences coupled with driv)ing rhythms, while Portuguese producer Li-Polymer extends a stellar career thus far with the trademark bass-fuelled sound that provides an exquisite backdrop for the "Silence Between Us" as it bounces forward in relentless hypnotic state. Arthur Minnahmetov combines a collage of intricate percussive rhythms and airy textured pads to mesmerising effect in "Fomo" before Intricate Records stalwart, Sebastian Weikum then hits his stride once again with the beautifully constructed, "Kyoto" – a TB303-tinged bass line supplying energised backdrop before a looped vocal cuts creates a melodic texture all of its own backed by thumping house beat.
Fresh from his "Zodiacs and That" EP on Particles earlier in the summer, Australian producer, Somersault, extends a fledgling career with the smooth house vibe of "Crux". Soft organic keys combine with hard-edge arpeggio before a series of house vocal cuts and thumping kick deliver dance floor groove. Romanian duo, Smart Wave and Pake extend the Ibiza terrace feel with "Sunny House Down", a meticulously blended combination of house chords and stripped back staccato rhythmic interplay before a return to electronica in the final act. Taking "Rip Tide", part of the newly released" Gold Dusted" EP, Vitamindevo reprises the work with a new "Waves Edit" that creates a stripped back version of the original work, removing the bass line and allowing the strong rhythms and melodic elements to take centre stage.
Eleven new tracks provide a warm, shimmering glow over "Summer Particles 2015".
Glasgow Town's very own cream mac-wearing whirling dervish returns to the DABJ fold for his sophomore side. After the massively in demand 'Sulta Selects Vol. 1', oor Denis is back with his inimitable brand of hig-end rollers. Two peak cuts from the off - 'L.A Ruffgarden (Terrace Mix)' & 'Duh Yuh Luv Meh' brings the anthemic heat and vocal relief, most likely making any tune mixed on either side of it sound like a dull thud. The EP's closer, 'She Make Me Feel... Like I Never Sinned' is a slightly more opium den vibration, but paradoxically a no-less rocking affair. Sulta's coupling of an unorthodox sonic palette with his neat ear for what works on the floor makes his productions stand out in a clear fashion. The 'L.A RUFFGARDEN E.P' is the next step in the D.S mythos and the evolution in sound. IT'S TIME!
This release comes with the fourth instalment of Dan Axons unique artwork prints which look back at images and spaces relevant to the history of Dixon Avenue Basement Jams. This one is titled "Funk Rotor", which depicts the current location of the Rubadub shop.
